The most common cause of this error is outdated CryptoCard Graphite Manager software on the customer’s computer.
Uninstall CryptoCard Graphite Manager from the Control Panel using the “Add/Remove Programs” function. Then restart your computer and install the latest version of CryptoCard Graphite Manager, available under Applications and drivers
The next step is to generate the request again.
