Nothing happens when I click the request generation link in the order confirmation email

If nothing happens in your web browser after clicking the link, copy the address for a qualified certificate: https://szafir.kir.com.pl/formularze/renewal-edit.action or a non-qualified certificate: https://szafir.kir.com.pl/formularze/nq-renewal-edit.action into your browser’s address bar and open the page.

The above addresses are used to generate a certificate renewal request. If, after opening the request generation page, the SDK components are updated but no window indicating that the card contents are being read appears when you click “Start”, make sure that all system components have been updated.
