I can’t sign an email message even though I have a qualified certificate. Why?

Under the Act on Trust Services and Electronic Identification, a qualified certificate may only be used to confirm non-repudiation of a signature. Therefore, only this use
of the key is specified in the certificate. This excludes the use of a qualified certificate for other purposes, including signing email messages.
