The error CKR_FUNCTION_FAILED appears when signing with the new card

CKR_FUNCTION_FAILED is an error related to entering an incorrect PIN. It may occur when you use the transport PIN from the envelope to sign documents after
changing it to your own PIN. It may also occur when you enter an incorrect PIN. You must enter the correct PIN you set after activating the card.

If the card has been locked, open the CryptoCard Graphite Manager application and unlock the card by entering the PUK from the envelope and setting a new PIN.

Note! The card is locked after three incorrect PIN attempts.
