The certificate from the new card is not installed automatically in Windows

1. Check whether the Certificate Propagation service is running (open Services in the Windows taskbar – Search programs and files).

2. If CCSuite is installed on your computer, disable/uninstall CCMonitor.

3. If you have problems registering certificates in the system:

• disable CCMonitor and prevent it from starting automatically when the system starts;
• check the status of the Certificate Propagation service – if the service is disabled and an attempt to start it ends with an error:
  • change the value of the registry key (cmd → regedit) from 0 to 1

  • or run the file below (right-click and select **Merge**)
