I can’t sign a document with the new card in the Szafir application. The application does not detect the card and shows the error “insert card into reader”

Check whether the Graphite technical component has been added to the Szafir application. The component is added automatically in versions of the Szafir application released after 21 March 2019.

If the Graphite technical component has not been added, add it from:

C:\Program Files\Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A\Szafir 2.0\bin\CCGraphiteP11p.x64.dll for 64-bit systems
or
C:\Program Files\Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A\Szafir 2.0\bin\CCGraphiteP11p.x86.dll for 32-bit systems
