Certificate visibility issue in the SPUTNIK system or other systems using certificates imported into Windows

In this situation:

1. Verify that the Certificate Propagation service is running, as described in: The certificate from the new card is not installed automatically in Windows.
2. Check that the CryptoTech Graphite Minidriver is correctly installed for Graphite cards, as described in: I can’t see the certificate in Windows.
