How do I sign documents in formats other than PDF?

In the mSzafir portal and mobile app, you can only sign or seal PDF files. If you need to sign a document in another format (e.g. XML, TXT or ZIP), use the Szafir desktop application (available for Windows, macOS and Linux). Download and install the mSzafir mobile signature and seal software suite

In the Szafir application, you can select the following signature formats:

• PAdES – for PDF documents
• XAdES – ideal for text and structured files such as XML, DOCX, XLSX and CSV
• CAdES – for most other file formats and binary data, such as DOCX, XLSX, JPG, PNG, TXT and others
• ASiC – for signing entire packages of documents, such as ZIP archives
